Vineyard located 400km south of Santiago to the east of the coastal range of mountains.
Its topography is formed by the tectonic movement between the Nazca and South American plates and the soils here are formed by a magmatic arch that is over 300 million years old. This same magma, exposed to the cool temperatures led to the formation of granite which over time has been more and more exposed due to the gradual erosion of the top soil.
Average temperature 13 MED (ºC)
Monthly rainfall 142 SUM (mm)
Radiation 979 MAX (w/m2)
Relative humidity 73 MED (% RH)
33 hectares
Red granitic soils with important iron (Fe) composition
Grapes planted: Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Carménère, Cabernet Sauvignon & Mourvedre.
Volcanic influence: Planchón Peteroa, Descabezado Grande & Quizapú volcanoes.
