COLOUR: Intense purplish red and bright.
AROMA: Expressive of a range of fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, plums, rhubarb with hints of violet, black tea, nutmeg, cedar & black olives and additional hints of smokiness and minerality.
MOUTH: Round, focused, energetic and fresh. Structured but elegant tannins with a lingering finish.
PAIRINGS: Lamb dishes, red meats especially game or strong cheese.

' Blueberries, cloves, dried herbs, sage and violets on the nose. It’s full-bodied with tight, chewy tannins. Juicy, structured and concentrated in the mouth. Tannic finish with plenty of ripe fruit and spice. A blend of syrah and carignan. Drink or hold.'
